Joey Baughman
Born and raised in Wadsworth, Ohio, I’ve always had a strong work ethic and a passion for building—whether it was on the football field, the wrestling mat, or now, through roofing and home restoration. I played quarterback at Elon University in North Carolina, where I also earned degrees in Finance and Business Analytics. After college, I had the unique opportunity to play professionally in Milan, Italy, with the Milano Rhinos.
As a quarterback, I learned the importance of leadership, clear communication, and making smart decisions under pressure—skills that directly translate into how I run this company. Whether it’s working with homeowners, navigating insurance claims, or leading our team on the job site, I bring that same level of focus and accountability to every project.
When I’m not on a roof or helping clients, I’m usually traveling, spending time with my dog Dallas, or hanging out with my beautiful girlfriend.
Ameera Bilgrami
I was born and raised in Voorhees, New Jersey! I graduated in December 2024 with a degree in Finance from Stockton University in New Jersey. During my time at Stockton, I was also a student-athlete, playing field hockey and serving as a captain for two years. Being a captain taught me invaluable lessons in leadership, resilience, and how to connect with people from all walks of life.
After graduation, I made the move to Ohio to join my boyfriend in running Firestone Restorations. When I’m not helping the business grow, you can find me at Pilates, visiting my family back in Jersey, or spending quality time with my boyfriend and our dog, Dallas
Trey Shaffer
I was born and raised in Wadsworth, Ohio, where I played quarterback for the Grizzlies from 2018 to 2019. After high school, I continued my football journey at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina, before finishing my college career at Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. As a dedicated and hardworking individual, I am committed to making customer care my number one priority. My goal is to help as many homeowners as possible take advantage of great, often unrealized opportunities, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they deserve.
In my free time, I enjoy going on road trips, fishing, playing golf, and line dancing. I also love spending time with my girlfriend.
Quentin Griffin
Lifetime North East Ohio resident. A hardworking, caring, and focused roofer, I’m dedicated to providing customers with the highest level of service and delivering home improvement makeovers that truly transform their space. A former Wadsworth High School wrestler and Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper, I carried that same drive and leadership into college — graduating in just three years while managing the student media radio station and hosting a sports show.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and playing with my dog, Zeus. I’m also a passionate sports fan, proudly supporting the Cleveland Guardians and Cavaliers every season.
